173 SIMPLE WAYS TO GET AND KEEP CUSTOMERS

I had this brilliant idea after the last Comanche. I thought I'd edit the video of a presentation or two and roll this out. Nothing's simple. In the end, I had to switch to a different machine and break the video up into a series of segments to get it to look good. It would have been faster to write transcribe the presentation and edit the text file.

After investing way too much time, I figured I better get as much mileage out of this as possible. If you're looking for some simple, easy, some obvious, and some not-so-obvious ways to give your business a kick, watch the different parts of this presentation. It contains 173 different ways to get and keep customers. Minus the segment intros and outros, this is a 45 minute presentation. It's broken up into the following 18 segments:

(02) - 20 Low Cost Ways To Get Customers

Testimonials

I think anyone ought to have their head examined for not taking a FREE subscription. Course if they wouldn't take a subscription of Comanche Marketing, I doubt they had a head. I have not only enjoyed the information but that which we have implemented has paid wonderful dividends and not all those have been money.

Comanche Marketing Is "Making A Difference" To Businesses Like Yours.

One of the biggest problems facing small business owners like myself is knowing how to market and advertise. We can spend loads of money without a plan and the end result is very little or no exposure or worse, the wrong exposure. I have found Comanche Marketing tips to be so helpful and have already implemented several in our business. We sent the 4th of July letter to our customer base and have had very positive feedback. We ordered new magnets and "beefed" up our Thank You notes and follow-up calls to our customers.

Our plan for the moment is to focus on customer retention (make the ones we have amazed with our service) and slowly (through the right medium) expand with new customers as well as learning to "sell" to our existing customers. All of this was a result of Comanche Marketing. These are just a few of the many changes that we have made thanks to Comanche Marketing. It is making a difference for people like us.

The ideas generated, either direct or indirect, better serve our industry... It amazes me some of the things that you present. They vary in content and direction. That is an excellent tool.

The Comanche marketing tactics program has been an integral part of our HVAC Comfortech program for three years. All the speakers receive rankings from the seminar attendees. Comanche marketing always ranks number one or number two in the standings. It's a superb combination of practical, hard-hitting advice that business owners can implement today.

As a marketing consultant and a college professor in marketing management, I can safely say that Matt Michel's advice is priceless, practical and proven -- no rehashed, recycled stuff that only 'looks' good (like most of the stuff we get these days)… [Comanche Marketing is] a 'must-read' to my own clients and students.

I can't believe how many brilliant, but practical ideas come out of Comanche Marketing. I subscribe to about a dozen newsletters and online e-zines devoted to marketing tips and ideas, but this is the best.

A powerful tool to reinforce my expectations of our employees. During a staff meeting I can speak until I'm blue in the face regarding the customer service skills I expect from our employees, but now I can show them in writing how to handle complaints, service commitments, personalization of service, answering the phones, and problem solving.

Matt Michel's Comanche Marketing tips are some of the best, and are most understandable. The language is plain. No statistical nor demographic "jargon" is used. It is hard to believe in reading that people do not know these facts and techniques. But in everyday practice successful marketing techniques are not put to use in our industry. I have recommended Matt's tips to many people and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody in business.
