Simple inventory weekly re-stock sheet.
Even if you have just one service truck this simple inventory re-stock system will help to keep “fuel in your selling machine.”
If you downloaded the pdf version, simply print it out and begin using it. If you downloaded the MS Publisher version, you can make changes as needed.
To use:
Whenever you use a part off your truck stock, write it in the part description column. In the appropriate “Day of week” column, place a tally mark for each time you use the same part. At the end of the week, tally up the totals for each part entered and order them for re-stocking your truck.
This way, frequently used parts don’t have to be written but once per week and only as they’re used. If you’re using the publisher version, we’ve included a few “butter & egg” parts to make it even easier. Change, add or delete these as needed.
Special order parts — Items ordered specifically for a job can be entered here.
Consumables — use this list to make sure you don’t get caught with dead batteries, no solder etc.
