Firstly, we want to thank you for being Service Nation Alliance members. As a group, we are able to grow more, share more, and achieve more than we ever could as individuals.
Of course, COVID-19 has had an impact on practically all our processes, and even some of our short-term goals. We've all had to adjust. During this time, we have done our best to keep looking forward, and to prevent this disruption from bringing our training to a halt. Instead, we've adapted some classes, delivered them online in some cases, and rescheduled others, all in an effort to ensure their quality and usefulness for you.
In this vein, we've made a decision concerning our June Boot Camp. We are as anxious as you are for this event to proceed, and it will. But, because of the timing of the gradual reopening of operations in Texas, as well as other parts of the country, we feel that it is best to push the dates back. As we have heard from members who have attended Boot Camp previously, one of the key benefits of this particular training is the connection that members make with each other, the camaraderie, and the personal shared experience that Boot Comp provides. That in-person connection is something we can't replicate using virtual media, yet. Because we want you to have the best experience possible, we're rescheduling our June Boot Camp.
As things are still uncertain, we don't want to set the actual dates and then possibly have to change them again. Instead, please set aside the week of June 29th - July 3rd as the tentative dates for this event. As things progress, we'll keep you informed, in plenty of time to make any travel arrangements.
Thank you for your patience and your flexibility. We look forward to a time when we can come together as a group, meet you all in person, and shake your hand. So tentatively plan to join us June 29th through July 3rd, when we'll (hopefully) celebrate our independence all over again.

User Cancellation Policy
Free Classes (Service Nation Alliance Members ONLY)
No fee if notified at least 10 business days prior to event.
$499 fee per registrant if notified less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants don't attend.
Paid Classes
100% refund if notified at least 10 business days prior to event.
No refunds if canceled less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants do not attend.
To cancel attendance for any training event, call 877-868-5902 or send email to success@serviceroundtable.com with course title, start date, and registrant's names.
Service Nation Class Cancellation Policy:
On occasion, due to unforseen circumstances, or for circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.One of the causes of a cancelled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, SNA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified of the cancellation, and any funds paid will be refunded.
