About Liz Patrick
Liz Patrick is passionate in her belief that small businesses are the backbone of America. Liz has more than 13 years’ experience developing profitable yellow page advertising programs for businesses in one of the most competitive markets in the country. In addition to meeting the needs of her customers, she was certified as a Learning Platform Consultant, Peer Trainer and a Master Mentor. She consistently exceeded quota, received many regional and company awards, and won a position on the coveted President Council. She was a key management member of a transition team to turn around Verizon’s largest sales division. At retirement she was individually responsible for in excess of $6.5 million in annual company revenues and the division’s largest accounts.
As Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Service Nation, Inc., Liz has been involved for the past 9 years helping contractors improve their business and financial performance. Joining Service Nation, Inc. in 2006, Liz was initially responsible for growing the company’s international membership base. In the ensuing years, the company has seen extraordinary growth with a 106.86% increase of the Service Roundtable membership. In 2010 Roundtable Rewards which Liz pioneered and developed, paid out the first contractor rebates. She is committed, through Roundtable Rewards to working with Service Roundtable members who value the principle of group solutions and buying power to manage and grow their businesses profitably. Roundtable Rewards is dedicated to providing rebates for relevant products and services from the industries’ premier manufacturers and distributors. Since its inception, Roundtable Rewards has processed over $300 Million contractor purchases and paid out over $9.9M in rebates. Today Roundtable Rewards successfully provides thousands of contactors with a cost-effective buying group solution that will work in any contracting business. Many members make their membership in Service Roundtable a profit center within their business.
Liz brings her passion, knowledge and experience to bear in her “Social Style Success” presentation. Presenting to contractor groups across the country, Liz helps owners and managers learn how to flex their personal style in order to reduce tension and get superior performance from their customers, team members and suppliers.
Liz earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Management with an English minor from Virginia Tech. Liz currently lives in Flower Mound, TX with her husband and two daughters.
