September 12-13 Beyond Bootcamp 

Unlike our SNA Boot Camp, which focuses mostly on the nuts and bolts of running a successful company, this 2-day workshop is all about the business owner.

 This class is not about gross margins, or inventory management, or lead generation, or any of the myriad things business owners deal with every day. The focus of this class is on the owner and his/her role in creating and running a successful company.

 SNA Mentors Chris Hunter and Angie Snow, will help attendees understand and overcome the issues that are preventing them from experiencing true success in their companies.

 At Beyond Boot Camp, attendees will learn how to create, develop and inspire new leaders while creating a company culture that will transform their business into one that employees never want to leave, and prospective employees line up to join. Participants will explore how the owners own day-to-day actions could actually be holding back their business, and what that owner can, and should, do about it. Perhaps most importantly, everyone will get new insight into how they REALLY should be spending their valuable time, and where their focus should be every day.

 Those are the highlights, but there's much more. When you register for this event, be prepared to work. The first day will run from 8am to 6pm. Day 2 will end early at 5pm.

 There's no cost to attend, and we encourage co-owners to come together.
