Where Should I stay?
Make the most of your networking experience by staying at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, the International Roundtable conference hotel. We have a block of rooms reserved specificially for attendees of our event. Please click the link in the side bar to reserve your room.
When should I arrive?
Service Nation Alliance Members: Plan on arriving by Monday afternoon or evening. There may be informal Advisory Board group meet-ups Monday evening - see your group mentor for details. Alliance Day starts first thing Tuesday morning with breakfast at 8:00AM.
Service Roundtable Members: The first International Roundtable event is the Opening Reception on Tuesday evening, April 16. Please plan to arrive in the morning or early afternoon on Tuesday. There will be appetizers and drinks served at the reception.
When should I depart?
The International Roundtable ends on Thursday at 5PM with our closing keynote. We recommend scheduling your departing flight after 8PM on Thursday April 18th, or Friday morning. We are also arranging addtional, paid excursions Thursday night and Friday morning.
Extend Your Trip!
Come early or stay late. There is plenty for you and your family to see and do in Orlando! Our room block rates are valid 4/14 - 4/21 when you reserve a room before 3/25. We will be arranging optional excursions on Friday - more information to come!
REGISTRATION POLICY:
All attendees pay one low rate of $399 per person. A conference registration may not be shared by two (or more) individuals. All attendees must pay the $399 price for admission regardless of the number of events attended.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note the program schedule is subject to change at any time. Service Nation Inc. will not be liable for any ancillary or related costs, including, but not limited to hotel and airline charges or cancellation fees due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Space is limited. All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail prior to 3/15/2018 to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants. We will not get hotel/event refunds after 3/15/2019 thus: No refunds will be given after 3/15/2019. Substitutions are welcome. Requests for substitutions can be submitted to Success@ServiceRoundtable.com.
