Technician Boot Camp
(Part 1 & 2)

Who this class is for:
While anyone who is interested may attend, the target audience for this class is:

General Field Staff, Service Managers, General Managers

What the class will cover:

Technicians are absolutely amazing at their craft- they can fix anything! But it has to be more than about fixing a problem or changing out a part. It's about the customer experience. And part of that customer experience means that they have to communicate. In this 2 day class, technicians will learn the aspects of visual and verbal communication they need to master in order to get a 5 star review. They will also learn how to show up as the professional and strut their stuff. By mastering confidence in oneself before even pulling up to the curb, technicians can sell anything, close every call, prevent pushback, and get reviews. They will also discover ways to creatively follow up with their customers as well!
