About the Instructor
Hi, I am Amanda! How many times have you thought when going into a training, "I don't want to sound scripted or robotic?" I love finding ways to engage, collaborate, and problem solve so you leave a coaching session or training excited, armed with new tools, and a game plan on how to move forward with your personality still intact. What's acting as a stumbling block for you in calls? What type of calls trip you up or make you nervous? What goals do you want to achieve? Whatever you need, I want to hear about it. We will find a solution that leaves you feeling confident and ready to take on any type of call! I worked with a CSR that wanted to become better at selling service agreements. After coaching together on service agreements, she gave me a call at the end of the month letting me know she sold 52 service agreements in one month! It was the highest she had ever sold. The best part about what I do is I get to play a role in helping every CSR and DSR I work with grow and find success in their careers.

Everything you need to to know take your CSR team to the next level.
What you need to use during the course:
Inbound calls, outbound calls, scheduling tools, pricing calls, upset callers, service agreements, top 40 things to never say to customers, follow ups, happy calls, etc. It's about providing an amazing customer experience and having the tools to do so!
Attendees will need to access the course on a laptop or tablet.

No fee if notified at least 10 business days prior to event.
$499 fee per registrant if notified less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants don't attend.
100% refund if notified at least 10 business days prior to event.
No refunds if canceled less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants do not attend.

Service Nation Class Cancellation Policy:
On occasion, due to unforseen circumstances, or for circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.
One of the causes of a cancelled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, SNA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified of the cancellation, and any funds paid will be refunded.
