About the Instructor


Hi, I am Amanda! How many times have you thought when going into a training, "I don't want to sound scripted or robotic?" I love finding ways to engage, collaborate, and problem solve so you leave a coaching session or training excited, armed with new tools, and a game plan on how to move forward with your personality still intact. What’s acting as a stumbling block for you in calls? What type of calls trip you up or make you nervous? What goals do you want to achieve? Whatever you need, I want to hear about it. We will find a solution that leaves you feeling confident and ready to take on any type of call! I worked with a CSR that wanted to become better at selling service agreements. After coaching together on service agreements, she gave me a call at the end of the month letting me know she sold 52 service agreements in one month! It was the highest she had ever sold. The best part about what I do is I get to play a role in helping every CSR and DSR I work with grow and find success in their careers.

Amanda has been working with Power Selling Pros for 3 years. She is a Coach Mentor and a trainer for them. She has worked with over 60 different CSRs and dispatchers across the United States one on one to help them book more calls and win more moments. Amanda has also completed over 150 trainings for companies across the United States, Canada and Australia.

The role of a dispatcher is vital to the success of your company! This class is going to packed with tools, techniques, and processes on how your dispatchers can not only contribute to the employee experience, but also have the best practices for managing the customer experience.

What you need to use during the course:
Attendees will need to access the course on a laptop or tablet.


User Cancellation Policy

Free Classes (Service Nation Alliance Members ONLY)
No fee if notified at least 10 business days prior to event.

$499 fee per registrant if notified less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants don't attend.

Paid Classes
100% refund if notified at least 10 business days prior to event. 
No refunds if canceled less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants do not attend.

Service Nation Class Cancellation Policy:

On occasion, due to unforseen circumstances, or for circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.

One of the causes of a cancelled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, SNA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified of the cancellation, and any funds paid will be refunded.
