What the class will cover:

Creating a Business Plan

Why?...A business plan is a vital management tool that communicates direction and performance levels in business segments and throughout the company.  It is tied directly to brand identity, operational efficiency, talent development, marketing and lead generation, customer service, building business value and the all-important, exit strategy.  Chart a course and it will certainly make a huge difference in forward guidance and results.Even if in uncharted waters at times.It is really simple.Assets must produce revenue whether it is people or capital investment and the business plan orchestrates the movement.

How?...A two-day workshop application of planning tools including software, discussion ideas, contingencies, 500+ actionable items geared to "move the needle" , and KPI drill-downs to every level of the company and every position on the organization chart.

What?...Each company tackles the challenges of their own business model and their requirements for success.  Priorities need to be set and costs/capital needs evaluated.  It is much more than a budget; the heart of the business plan is establishing action items and designating responsibility.

Who?...this two-day event is for owners, general managers, bookkeepers, leadership team members and key employees.

Outcome...a workable, simple, easy-to-use document that becomes a part of everyday decision making to achieve both short term and long term goals.

So, take control, do not wait for the weather for profits, create margin acceleration, be a leader---help others believe in their abilities to go farther than imagined, build a winning team, and redefine the culture of the organization...it is contagious...and less than 10% of the companies in our industry do a respectable job of formal business planning!!!

What you need to bring:
It is always useful to bring a laptop or tablet wit you to a training course. Please have a way to access your financials for use during the meetin. We also recommend reviewing the Annual Success Planner tool on the Service Nation Alliance menu in preparation for class.

Free Classes (Service Nation Alliance Members ONLY)
No fee if notified at least 10 business days prior to event.

$499 fee per registrant if notified less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants don't attend.

Paid Classes
100% refund if notified at least 10 business days prior to event. 
No refunds if canceled less than 10 days prior to event, or if registrants do not attend.

Service Nation Class Cancellation Policy:

On occasion, due to unforseen circumstances, or for circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.

One of the causes of a cancelled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, SNA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified of the cancellation, and any funds paid will be refunded.
