With over (20) years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and operations, Shawn has scaled small companies at a rapid rate through his strong values, process building, innovative marketing, and unique branding vision. As a business owner Shawn's ability to see and anticipate his client's needs allowed him to rocket his home services company to over 2.1 million in sales in its first year (2017) in just plumbing, he then followed that up with an 81% growth in year two to 3.7 million in sales still in just plumbing. After adding an HVAC division to his business Shawn was able complete his fourth and last year in business with 9.2 million in sales before successfully selling his business to Apex service group. Upon leaving the company had 33 plumbing & HVAC trucks on the road and approximately 50 employees. Now out of the trades Shawn is taking his knowledge and expertise into consulting and is helping others grow their business the same way he did.

Service Nation Alliance members may attend training classes free of charge. Please notify us at least 10 days prior to an event if you are unable to attend. If notified less than 10 days prior to an event or if registrants don't attend the event, a $499 cancellation fee may apply. 

Retail Contractor Coalition, Service Roundtable, Associate, and Non-Members 
If you have paid to attend a training course, please notify us at least 10 days prior to an event if you are unable to attend for a 100% refund of your registraiton fee. If notified less than 10 days prior to an event or if registrants don't attend the event, a $499 cancellation fee may apply.

Class Cancellation Policy
On occasion, due to unforseen circumstances, or for circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.

One of the causes of a cancelled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, Service Nation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified of the cancellation, and any funds paid will be refunded.
