Michael Raymer is an Operations and Staffing leader with more than 12 years of experience. He specializes in assisting companies with building business efficiencies by using effective processes and procedures. In addition to this experience, he is also an expert in staffing structure, hiring, employee retention, and culture building.

His background is originally derived from the trades where he assisted his father's construction business as a young man. Throughout his career, he has assisted a number of large companies and consulted on very large projects. For the last few years, Michael has dedicated nearly all his focus to helping service-related business owners grow their companies. His clients include: construction, plumbing and HVAC companies, as well as larger fortune 500 corporations such as Harley Davidson, World Fuel Services, Crown Equipment, and Stanley Black and Decker.
