Learn how comfort is sold today!
(Hint, people buy emotionally, then justify with logic.)

Jim Hinshaw will share how to find out what is important to the homeowner, using a questioning process. He'll show how the customer can't obtain the "perfect comfort" solution anywhere else, it is your unique package.

Jim will share the typical objections found in today's marketplace, and how to successfully handle them.

Then he'll be sharing tools to help sell systems even when the customer can buy our products online, sometimes at less than we can!

Key Takeaways:
  • How our industry has changed, how sales has to change.
  • How people buy today. (hint: they buy emotionally, justify it with logic later)
  • How you can connect emotionally with homeowner fast.
  • What are some tools that can help you discover the pain, the opportunities
  • in the home.

  • handle them.
