The Beyond Boot Camp series was created to give Alliance members additional information and training that we weren't able to squeeze into our regular Boot Camp. These short online classes will fill in some of the gaps and expand on topics we feel you need to know.
Prior attendance at a live Boot Camp isn't required, but it's recommended. Classes are short, usually 2-3 hours, and anyone from your company can attend.
Michael Rudowitz, Service Nation's Membership & Rewards Performance Manager, has been helping thousands of Service Roundtable Members align and opt themselves and their businesses with more than 150 of Service Nation's strategic partners.
Through these partnerships Service Nation members generate billions in annual sales for our partners and millions of rebates for our members each quarter for products and services that are essential to running and operating a successful trades business. Michael has been working with residential service contractors since 2010 and has successfully grown our Rewards Program double digits for the last 8 consecutive quarters. If you want to start generating rebates today, listen to what he has to share.
Join John and Vicki LaPlant as they explain the concept of Pay for Performance and overview the two most common formats - task pay and commission both for technicians and installers.
Several variations of task based and commission systems combining hourly pay and commissions for hitting certain revenue goals will be shown. A discussion of how to calculate overtime when using Pay for Performance systems will also be explained.
Finally, the session will review how to introduce Pay for Performance to existing employees and get their buy-in for implementation.
Are you making the most of your Roundtable Rebates? Are you familiar with all the new partners that have been added to the Roundtable directory?
Spend some time with Service Nation Rebate Performance Manager, Michael Rudowitz, who can you help you understand how the rewards program works, how to ensure you are aligned with partners that you are already working with and how to identify new opportunities to work with some of the best industry partners in the business!
Class Cancellation Policy
On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, or for circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. We will avoid these cancellations if at all possible.
One of the causes of a cancelled class may be low enrollment. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (can differ by class and circumstance) by two weeks prior to the start date, Service Nation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You can help prevent this situation by enrolling in classes early.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified of the cancellation, and any funds paid will be refunded.
