Jim Hinshaw has been in the industry for over 5 decades, worked all parts, from manufacturer rep to distributor, including being president of a mechanical contractor and two residential service contractors. in 1999 he started his own consulting business, joined Service Roundtable in 2020, and was named Vice President of Vertical Markets in 2022.
