Conference Review

Sunday May 1

If you've never been to a Roundtable before you may be wondering what to expect. We'd like to recap our Spring 2011 Roundtable for those who were unable to attend.

The Puerto Rico Roundtable began with an opening reception on Sunday, May 1. We had six fabulous sponsors at the event: Comfortech2011, dESCO, Goodman, Lennox, Jackson Systems, and SPC Limited.

We were happy to see returning members and excited to meet members who were attending their first Roundtable. Drinks were plentiful and our guests enjoyed a roast pig accompanied by an assortment of hor' derves, while socializing with vendors and fellow Service Roundtable members.

In the afternoon our members enjoyed a few hours of free time to relax and walk along the beach.

Later in the evening Lennox hosted an event at the neighboring El San Juan Hotel outside next to the pool. Members enjoyed live music, drinks, exquisite food, and a unique sundae bar. A gentelman was available to handroll custom cigars and members raved about the quality and flavor.

Wednesday May 4

On Wednesday we had a closed meeting exclusively for Service Nation Alliance members. We presented performance pay, updates to customer friendly pricing, the field price presentation book, the technician field handbook, and the advisory board system. There were also presentations covering Money Mail, the trip to ISH in Frankfurt, and plans for the coming year's international leadership summit.

We would like to thank our sponsors, speakers, consultants, and all of our attendees for making our 2011 Puerto Rico Roundtable a huge success.

We invite everyone to join us at the fall Las Vegas Roundtable in October. The dates are October 23-25th at the Treasure Island Hotel. More information about the conference and alliance days soon to come.
