David Heimer is a recognized expert in the strategic use of information technology to improve business and workforce performance. In his capacity as Senior Vice President for Service Roundtable, David is responsible for business operations and technology deployments. Service Roundtable's innovative integration of email, content, and internet distribution garnered significant attention, leading to David's invitation to testify about the small business impact of email stratification before a California Senate Committee.

David Heimer is a recognized expert in the strategic use of information technology to improve business and workforce performance. He is a founder of Service Nation Inc. and currently serves as Senior Vice President where he is responsible for business operations, sales, and technology deployments. He has been instrumental in building the company’s membership offerings, designed to provide service contractors with an affordable means to improve their business and financial performance.

In 2015, David was named to Contracting Business magazine’s HVAC Influencers because of his efforts to help others reach their full potential, avoid mistakes and build profitable HVAC businesses.

In 2019 David was named to the Contracting Business Hall of Fame for his work with Service Nation improving the businesses of Contractors world-wide.

Prior to joining Service Roundtable, David served as Vice President of Products and Technology for PRIMEDIA Workplace Learning where his scope of responsibility included information technology, web development, content creation, accreditation systems, publishing, video products, computer-based training, and e-learning.

David earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Christian University.
