About Robin Jones

As the original Vice President of Programming of Radio Disney, the number one radio network for kids and families in the U.S., Robin Jones was responsible for developing, maintaining and strategically planning all aspects of programming for the network including creative, execution and synergy within the Walt Disney Company.

Joining Radio Disney at the onset of the network in August 1996, Jones recruited and directed the national creative team who, together, created a new radio brand that satisfied moms and tweens resulting in over $30 Million in revenue per year.

Jones’ contributions included developing, integrating and managing successful feature, promotional and audio campaigns for national clients including Fortune 500 companies. Jones directed the Radio Disney Kid Jams CD series, which sold over 4 million units during her tenure and the Radio Disney Totally Ten Birthday Concerts, which sold out in both Los Angeles and Dallas.

Under her direction, Radio Disney was honored with: Radio Inc.’s Best National Format Award (2 times) , iParenting Media Award, and the Angel Award. Jones has been honored with: Gracie Allen Award, Golden Microphone, Outstanding Young Woman in Amerca and the Cystic Fibrosis Media Award.

Expanded her marketing and branding career into young adult women, Jones joined Yea Networks with the legendary Kidd Kraddick in 2008. Distributed in over 60 markets across the US, Kraddick was the number 1 rated, syndicated morning radio show in the US (women 18-49).

Experience driving branding and marketing for high-end jewelry designers and female-targeted rock bands gave Jones the ultimate experience of marketing to women on the cutting edge. “Building businesses by identifying and driving consumer trends, developing forward thinking promotion and providing superior customer service are the benchmarks of my success”, said Jones.

In 2010 Jones leapt into online distribution with the launch of GeoWhiz Universe LLC, a multi-media company devoted to creating compelling “mom-approved” content for tweens that introduced virtual travel and social philanthropy.

Joining Service Nation Inc. in 2012, Jones was charged with growing the company’s international customer base. To date, the company has seen extraordinary growth with a 42% increase of the Service Roundtable brand and 178% growth of the Service Nation Alliance brand. Since 2015, Jones has been touring the country with her presentation “Marketing to Women”, designed to help contracting entrepreneurs learn how to understand and connect with their customers.

She currently resides in Double Oak, TX with her husband of 29 years and two daughters.
