Do you own your business? Or does it own you?

Let's face it, this business is hard! But it doesn't have to be!

During this session you will learn the “Success Equation”. The exact 5 key principles you must implement and practice every day in your business to simplify and systematize. Implementation is not a lengthy process but a continuous daily execution that will become the culture of your business. I personally have used these 5 key principals for the last 20 years of my career and I attribute these principals to being the key factors in our success.

By implementing this Success Equation your business will begin to run on systems and procedures, you will have each team member in your organization doing their job exactly as they are supposed to.(Yes, you heard that right!) The result will be a level of freedom that you may have never experienced in your business before. With that freedom you'll be able to focus on the things that you need to do to maximize profits and grow.

This meeting is about “breaking the chains”. You will go home with a five-step action plan that you can implement the very next Monday in your business and start seeing results almost immediately.

Who Should Attend: Owners, their spouses and key managers / employees that are responsible for certain areas of day-to-day operations in the business.

About Tab Hunter

Tab started his first plumbing company from scratch nearly 30 years ago and in that 30 years he has become known as the “go-to guy” when you need systems in your home service business.

After creating and mastering the systems needed to grow a profitable plumbing company Tab added HVAC into the mix and that’s when things really took off. He eventually left his business in the capable hands of his team and accepted the role as President of Franchise Operations for Benjamin Frankly Pluming, On Hour Heating and Air-Conditioning and Mister Sparky Electrician where he utilized his talents to help others find the same success through systems.

His passion for helping others propelled him to become one of the first member trainers for Nexstar Network/Contractors 2000 where he was instrumental in the development of key training programs. His companies have been recognized by P&M Magazine, In the News, Nashville Business Journal, Sarasota Herald Tribune and many other publications.

Tab left the corporate world and retired from the industry in late 2009. After spending a great deal of time with his family and traveling he knew his passion for the industry could not keep him away.

Today Tab owns and operates his unique plumbing concept and brand known as “The Surfin' Plumbers” with multiple locations in multiple states. When you visit any of Tab’s locations, you immediately see what commitment and dedication to working “on” the business not “in” the business will do.

Tab now shares with others contractors how to create operational excellence in their own business.
